Enoki Mushrooms

Enoki mushrooms (Flammulina velutipes) are thin, long-stem mushrooms with small white caps, popularly used in Asian cuisine. In India, they are mostly available in premium stores and are generally grown in controlled climate conditions because they require low temperatures for cultivation. Enoki mushrooms are low in calories, rich in fiber and antioxidants, and are commonly used in soups, hot pots, salads, and stir-fries for their crunchy texture.
